Coffee with salt – a classic recipe

You will need:

  • A glass of water (approximately 150-180 milliliters);
  • Ground coffee – 1.5 teaspoons will suffice for this volume;
  • salt – just a pinch;
  • sugar – half a tablespoon will suffice.

How to cook:

Pour coffee and spices into a turkey, pour this mixture with water, and send Jesus on a small fire.

When the foam reaches the walls of the jug, take it off the fire and pour it into an elegant coffee cup.

Coffee with Salt and Cognac

In this recipe, the salt enhances the flavor of not only the coffee itself but also the cognac.

You will need:

  • ground coffee – one and a half teaspoons;
  • cognac (brandy) – literally a teaspoon;
  • water – a glass (about 150 milliliters);
  • salt – one pinch;
  • sugar – here everything depends on taste.

How to cook:

  1. Prepare coffee with salt in a turkey, as described above.
  2. Then strain the drink from the grounds and add sugar and cognac.
  3. Stir and let it steep for a few minutes.
