  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey

  • 1 cl lemon juice, freshly squeezed

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Very hot!!!

Wear gloves! The heat of habanero peppers can cause mild burns on sensitive skin, like hot water. In a bowl, blend the habanero peppers, chilies, and garlic with an immersion blender or chop very finely. Add the remaining ingredients one at a time to the bowl and mix well with a teaspoon. Let it steep for about 20-30 minutes. It goes best with grilled meat or is delicious with flatbread. Not suitable for children or people with circulatory problems. Consume only in small quantities.
