Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 anchovy fillets
- 30 g pine nuts
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 bunch of basil
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 6 tbsp oil
- Salt and pepper from the mill

Roast the pine nuts in a pan without fat and chop finely. Chop the anchovy fillets. Peel and press or finely chop the garlic. Pick the basil leaves and finely chop them. Mix the vinegar with the oil, salt, and pepper. Add the anchovies, pine nuts, garlic, and basil and mix well. This anchovy sauce pairs well with tomato salad.
