Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 125 g macaroni, cooked
- 250 g crab meat (shrimp tails)
- 125 g ham, raw
- 1 onion(s), finely diced
- 1 small gherkin(s)
- 150 ml mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp condensed milk
- lemon juice
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- Parsley
- ½ bell pepper(s), finely chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 6 hours 30 minutes

Cut the cooled macaroni into 1 cm pieces. Mix with the crabmeat, finely diced ham, finely diced onion, and diced cucumber. Mix in the seasoned mayonnaise, which has been diluted with the canned milk. Refrigerate the salad for a few hours. Sprinkle with parsley and adjust seasoning if desired before serving.
