Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 500 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 300 g vegetables, frozen
  • 100 g cheese, e.g. Parmesan
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • oregano

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Cut the meat into small pieces and place it in a baking dish along with the finely chopped onion and garlic. Then add the passata and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. Place the baking dish in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Then make a test cut to check if the meat is cooked through. Depending on the result, continue baking or sprinkle the cheese over it and bake in the oven until golden brown. When using frozen vegetables, make sure there are no additives, marinades, or extra butter. Otherwise, there are no limits to the choice of vegetables. Pasta, rice, or baguette are suitable as a side dish—except for those on a low-carb diet.
