Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of cream cheese
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 small jar of tomatoes, dried in oil
- 10 olives, pitted
- ½ jar garlic sprouts
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- ½ tsp oregano
- salt and pepper
- ½ bunch basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mix the cream cheese and low-fat quark until smooth, then stir in 2-3 tablespoons of the tomato oil. Add the oregano, salt, and pepper, and press in the garlic. Finely chop the tomatoes, olives, garlic sprouts, and basil (leaving some for garnish) and stir into the cream. Season to taste. It goes well with baguette.
