Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 18 potatoes
- Grease for the tray
- butter
- Salt
- Caraway seeds
- rosemary
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Scrub the raw potatoes thoroughly, but don’t peel them, and cut them lengthwise. Place them cut-side down on a lightly greased baking sheet. Sprinkle each potato half with a small knob of butter (approx. 2-3 g), then lightly sprinkle with caraway or rosemary, if desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes. Done. Perfect with grilled meats, but also with any kind of roast.
