Italian pasta salad with tomatoes and arugula

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spirelli)
  • 5 large tomatoes
  • 1 pack of arugula
  • 4 packs of salad seasoning mix (garden herbs with garlic or wild garlic and shallot)
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • some sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Great with grilled food or just for dinner

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Meanwhile, chop the tomatoes and arugula. Mix everything together. Prepare the salad dressing according to the instructions (I usually add 1-2 tablespoons more water and oil), stir in the crème fraîche, sugar, and crushed garlic cloves. Mix everything thoroughly and enjoy.
