Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 point arugula
  • 1 point lamb’s lettuce
  • Tomato(s), pickled and the broth
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • Parmesan, fresh
  • Vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and spin the lettuce. Drain the pickled tomatoes, reserving the liquid. Toss the lettuce leaves and place them in a bowl. Chop the tomatoes and mix them in. Mix the liquid with the vinegar and season to taste. Fry the walnuts in a pan and sprinkle over the lettuce. Grate the Parmesan cheese over the salad.
