Pasta salad with minced meat

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (bow tie pasta)
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 slice(s) feta cheese (optional)
  • 1 jar Pepper (Jalopenos) whole or sliced ​​and some pickling liquid
  • 1 bottle of tomato ketchup
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp pepper, Parisian
  • 100 ml oil (olive oil)
  • some balsamic vinegar
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

Brown the ground beef until crisp, add garlic and peppercorns. Add 1/2 to 3/4 bottle of ketchup. Mix the ground beef with the cooked pasta. Add the pepperoni (whole or sliced, depending on whether you want to remove them before serving). Add the corn, finely diced peppers, and feta cheese, if desired. Let stand for about 30 minutes to 1 hour. Season again with ketchup (the pasta absorbs a lot of the liquid) and peppercorns. For the dressing, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, and pepperoni liquid (to taste), pour over the mixture, and mix well again. Delicious on its own, with baguette, with grilled food, etc.
