Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g spirals
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 ball of mozzarella
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 1 egg(s)
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

with tomatoes, ham, zucchini and basil

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Slice the zucchini and tomatoes, and dice the ham. Place everything in a baking dish along with the pasta and basil leaves and spread evenly. Mix the cream with the egg, a little salt, and pepper, and pour into the dish. The pasta shouldn’t be completely covered so the top gets nice and crispy. Then spread the mozzarella over the pasta and bake in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 40 minutes. The casserole is ready when the surface is nice and crispy and browned.
