Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g potato dumplings (frozen)
- 250 g ham (Katenschinken)
- 1 can sauerkraut
- 200 ml cream
- 150 g cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Place the frozen dumplings in a deep casserole dish and toss with the smoked ham. Fold in the sauerkraut. Pour the cream over the dumplings and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes (until the cheese has melted nicely).
