Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g schnitzel meat
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • ½ bell pepper(s), red
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
  • ½ liter broth
  • 400 g tagliatelle pasta
  • ½ head of cauliflower
  • ¼ head of broccoli
  • 1 pack of cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the meat into strips and fry well in oil. Cut the bell pepper into thin strips and add to the meat. Season with paprika. Add the passata, broth, and tagliatelle to the pan and stir to combine. Trim the cauliflower and broccoli, divide into small florets, and arrange over the pasta. Cook for 15 minutes over low heat with the lid closed. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the cooked pasta.
