Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g bell pepper(s)
- 500 g tomatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- 5 tbsp oil
- 150 g sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ liter vinegar
- 1 tbsp pepper, pickled
- 1 bunch of parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Wash, trim, and finely dice the peppers and tomatoes. Peel and dice the onion. Sauté the vegetables in hot oil. Add sugar, salt, vinegar, and pepper and cook for 10 minutes. Finely chop the parsley and add it and cook for another 5 minutes. Immediately fill jars.
