Jacket potatoes with herb curd and ham

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 600 g potatoes
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 100 g whipped cream
  • some salt and pepper
  • 3 slices of ham

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook the potatoes in their skins for about 20 minutes until tender. Meanwhile, finely chop the chives and parsley. Mix the low-fat quark with the whipped cream until smooth and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the herbs. Peel the potatoes and serve with the herb quark and ham.
