Jacket Potatoes with Obatzda
The perfect jacket potatoes with obatzda recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 600 g Waxy potatoes
- 150 g Camembert
- 30 g Soft butter
- 0,5 tsp Sweet paprika powder
- 1 Shallot
- Salt and pepper
- Scrub the potatoes, just cover them with water in a saucepan and season with salt. Cover and bring the potatoes to the boil, then cook with the lid slightly open for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove the rind from the cheese and finely dice, stir with butter, 1 teaspoon paprika powder and a little pepper with the whisk of the hand mixer for about 5 minutes until creamy. Finely dice shallot and stir in. If necessary, season with salt, pepper and paprika, arrange in a bowl and sprinkle with a little paprika.
- Drain the potatoes, let them evaporate briefly and serve with the Obatzda.
