Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet(s), cooked and finely chopped
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 bunch parsley, flat-leaf, chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 5 slices of toast
  • 200 ml milk, warm
  • 100 g Parmesan, grated
  • Oil, for greasing
  • Breadcrumbs, for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Finely chop the chicken breast. Soak the slices of toast in warm milk and squeeze the excess water out. Finely chop the bell pepper, onion, parsley, and garlic. Combine the minced meat and bread. Add the eggs, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, salt, and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly. Grease a loaf pan with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour in the mixture, drizzle with the remaining sour cream, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 1 hour.
