Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 60 g sugar
- 100 g flour
- 2 tbsp jam (orange jam)
- 100 g chocolate, dark or milk

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Sponge biscuits with orange and chocolate
Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Then add the sugar. Gently fold in the egg yolks and flour. The batter should be very light and airy. Using a teaspoon, place small heaps of the biscuits onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 175°C for about 15 minutes. After baking, immediately spread the biscuits with jam. Then let them cool. Cover the cooled biscuits with chocolate.
