Bean salad with sour cream and sour cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 jars of beans
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 tsp salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • possibly sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine the sour cream and sour cream in a bowl. Add the vinegar and oil. Dice the onion and add it, then season with salt and pepper. Add the beans and stir to combine. Stir in a little sugar, if desired.
