Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 250 g sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 60 g almond(s), ground
  • 250 g butter, cold
  • 5 tbsp liqueur (Jägermeister), possibly more
  • Milk chocolate (milk chocolate chips), as required
  • Powdered sugar, as needed
  • Liqueur (Jägermeister), as required

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 45 minutes

Pile flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, almonds, and the chopped butter onto the worktop. Make a well in the center and pour in the Jägermeister. Add the chocolate chips and stir with a knife. Knead into a shortcrust pastry with your hands or a hand mixer. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Roll out the dough thinly on a lightly floured surface and cut out shapes. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake on the middle rack for 12-15 minutes. For the glaze, mix the powdered sugar with the Jägermeister and spread it on the cooled cookies. Let dry and serve.
