Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 large biscuits (croissants)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • Cinnamon powder, for sprinkling
  • Sugar, for sprinkling

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Whisk the milk, egg, and vanilla sugar in a glass until frothy and set aside. Cut the croissants into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Pour the milk mixture over the croissants. Heat oil in a pan. Add the croissant mixture to the pan and fry until golden brown. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon to serve.
