Jalapeños stuffed with dates and bacon

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 16 large jalapeños
  • 16 dates
  • 2 slices of goat cheese with fenugreek
  • 32 slices of bacon

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

with goat cheese

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Hollow out the jalapeños and quarter the dates. Fill each jalapeño with four date pieces and two strips of bacon, then top with the chopped cheese and spread everything on a baking sheet. Bake for about 40 minutes.
