  • 2 Pineapple
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Chilli pepper or 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
  • 500 g Preserving sugar 2: 1
  • 40 cl White rum
  • 1 Orange
  • 2 tbsp Coconut flakes
