Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 large eggs
- 75 g sugar
- 75 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- Jam of your choice (for the filling)
- powdered sugar

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
A very tasty sponge cake with a fruity jam filling.
Place the baking paper on the baking sheet so that it covers the edges (2.5 cm high at the edge), then cut a slit in each corner. Set the baking sheet aside. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and add the sugar. Beat with a mixer until foamy. Sift the flour and baking powder over the baking sheet and carefully fold into the foam. Pour the batter onto the baking sheet and spread evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 7-10 minutes. After 7 minutes, check with a wooden skewer to see if the batter is cooked through; if not, bake for a few more minutes. Let cool for about 5 minutes. Place another piece of baking paper on the work surface. Turn the still-warm sponge cake batter out onto the second sheet of baking paper. Peel off the top sheet of baking paper. Spread the batter with a jam of your choice. Using the baking paper, carefully roll the sponge cake into a log. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
