First, make a creamy tomato sauce from the passata, crushed garlic clove, a dash of balsamic vinegar, and some dried basil. Season with salt. Combine the flour, baking powder, lukewarm water, salt, and olive oil in a food processor and knead, or knead everything by hand for 5 minutes. Roll out the dough into a circle on a floured surface. Add a little olive oil to a heated pan and carefully place the dough in the pan, folding over the overhanging edges. Spread the tomato sauce over the pizza dough. Chop the topping ingredients, such as salami, ham, mushrooms, mozzarella, pepperoni, etc., into small pieces and spread over the dough. Finally, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake the pizza on the stovetop for 4 minutes at maximum heat; the dough should be slightly firm. Then place it in the oven preheated to 200°C (top/bottom heat) for another 5-8 minutes.
