Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 700 g fermented Jaroma cabbage (see my recipe in the database)
- 2 m.-sized carrot(s)
- 3 m.-large onion(s), red
- 5 m.-large radishes
- 1 tsp pepper
- 6 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Place the kale and its juice in a bowl. Finely chop the carrots, onions, and radishes and add them to the kale. Mix everything well. Season with pepper and olive oil. Let stand for at least 1 hour. Pairs well with BBQ.
