Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 cans kidney beans
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 bunch of parsley
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Drain and rinse the kidney beans. Finely dice or chop the onions, garlic cloves, and parsley. Mix all ingredients together. Add the oil last.
