Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g Emmental or Gouda cheese
- 50 g Parmesan
- 125 g butter
- 100 g flour
- 1 egg(s)
- 3 tbsp natural yogurt
- 0.2 garlic cloves
- some salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Combine all ingredients and place small portions onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Dust them with a little flour and cover with cling film. Press the mounds into rounds with a spoon. Then carefully peel off the cling film. Bake for about 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F) until the cheese rounds are light brown. Serve with red wine or simply as a snack with a herb yogurt dip.
