Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 100 g white chocolate
  • 75 g butter, soft
  • 1 tsp, levelled vanilla sugar

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

easy, tasty and quick to prepare

First, melt the chocolate (microwave), then mix the butter with the chocolate, cream cheese, and vanilla sugar until creamy. Let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for about half an hour, then briefly mix again until smooth. Use a piping bag to decorate cupcakes or fill double-decker cookies or chocolates.
