Minced meat – zucchini – sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 3 onions
  • 4 zucchini
  • ½ liter of water
  • 1 cup of cream
  • Beef broth, granulated
  • salt and pepper
  • Sauce thickener, dark
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

no Bolognese

Fry the minced meat and onions in oil until browned and crumbly, then add the diced zucchini and fry, stirring frequently. Deglaze with water and add the cream. Stir gently to prevent the zucchini cubes from falling apart. Season with salt, pepper, and broth, and thicken with a sauce thickener if desired. We eat this with all kinds of pasta.
