Johann – Potatoes, Homemade & Mixed Salad

The perfect johann – potatoes, homemade & mixed salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 6 Pc. Peeled waxy potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Margarine
  • 1 pinch Coarse salt
  • 100 ml Fund
  • 80 ml Cream
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 3 Pc. Black pudding mini
  • 2 Pc. Liver sausage mini
  • 150 g Blanch cauliflower
  • 100 g Lettuce
  • 1 Pc. Hard boiled egg
  • 4 Pc. Date tomatoes
  • 0,25 Pc. Diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard medium hot
  • 2 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 4 tablespoon Corn oil
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  1. Wash the potatoes, cut them in half and place the smooth surface in the hot fat. Cook on medium heat for about 10-15 minutes (potatoes shouldn’t get too dark, but have a crust, with lid)
  2. Turn the potatoes over & pour on the stock, salt and cream (do not pour over them) and cook for another 10-15 minutes. I always turned it over.
  3. Fluid is reduced entirely. So now and then without a lid.
  4. Halve the do-it-yourselfers, put in a hot pan with 1 teaspoon of fat. Fry well, turn from time to time. Pour off fat.
  5. Clean, wash and cut the salad, tomatoes. Peel and cut the egg.
  6. Make a vinaigrette, dress the lettuce, tomato, cauliflower and egg with it.
  7. When the potatoes are done, season with a little nutmeg.
