Jonas kiss

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 220 g chocolate (cooking chocolate)
  • 220 g hazelnuts, ground
  • e.g. hazelnuts
  • Almond sticks or flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with chocolate and hazelnuts, flour-free, makes approx. 60 pieces

Cream the softened butter with the icing sugar until creamy. Soften the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave, then quickly stir in the ground hazelnuts. Using cool hands, quickly form the mixture into small balls, each weighing approximately 10-13g. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving some space between them so the balls will spread out to form kisses. You can decorate each ball with a small (halved) hazelnut or almond slivers or flakes – just press them down lightly! Bake or let them dry in an oven preheated to 120°C (fan-assisted) for approximately 25 to 30 minutes. The kisses will still be soft on the outside straight after baking, so let them cool completely on the baking sheet; then they will firm up.
