Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 100 g chocolate, whole milk
  • 100 g dark chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

makes approx. 48 pieces

Roughly chop the pumpkin seeds. Toast them in a pan with butter, stirring occasionally, and let cool. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and stir in the cooled pumpkin seeds. Place small heaps of seeds on a baking sheet lined with baking paper using two teaspoons and let them dry. A great little treat to take home with you in the run-up to Christmas, along with your first Christmas cookies.
