Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g margarine
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla or cream pudding)
- 300 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 bag of chocolate sprinkles
- Cake icing (chocolate)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Mix all ingredients together one at a time, then stir in the chocolate sprinkles. Spread the batter onto a baking sheet and bake at 175°C for 25-30 minutes. Cover with chocolate glaze.
