Ingredients for 15 servings:
- 250 g apples
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 250 g wheat flour, type 405
- 1 packet of baking powder
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- 125 g sugar
- 80 ml oil
- 250 g soy yogurt (yogurt alternative), vanilla
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Peel the apples, remove the cores, and dice them. Immediately toss them with the lemon juice and set aside. Combine the dry ingredients. Combine the wet ingredients and stir into the dry ingredients. Pour the mixture into the baking dishes and bake at 180°C for about 35 minutes (do not preheat the oven).
