Juicy carrot salad

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large carrot(s)
  • 1 large apple
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • some oil
  • some sugar
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and grate the carrot and apple. Peel and segment the orange, reserving the juice in the salad bowl. Discard the skins and toss the orange pieces with the grated fruit. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and sugar and drizzle with oil. Let stand for a while. Toss the salad again before eating, then divide it up for serving.
