Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 120 g sugar
- 1 egg(s)
- 120 g yogurt or cream
- 80 ml milk
- 240 g flour, smooth
- 3 tsp baking powder
- e.g. melon(s), not watermelon
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Makes about 10 muffins.
Cream together the butter, sugar, and egg. Combine the yogurt and milk. Combine the flour and baking powder and add both alternately to the butter mixture. Dice the melon flesh and fold in. Pour the batter into baking dishes. Bake at 190°C for 25 minutes.
