- 400 g Ground beef
- 1 Orange peppers
- 0,5 can Corn
- 2 tbsp Ajvar mild
- 150 g Sour cream
- 150 g Grated Gouda
- Salt pepper
Instructions
- Cut the rolls open and place the individual halves on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Core the paprika and cut into small pieces / strips. Then put the ground beef, corn, ajvar, sour cream and Gouda in a bowl and mix well. Finally season with salt and pepper (possibly some chili powder) to taste.
- Spread the mixture on the rolls and then bake for about 15 - 20 minutes at 180 ° C on the middle rack in the preheated oven until golden.
