Ingredients
- 150 g Low fat quark
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 6 tbsp Unsweetened soy drink
- 1 tbsp Wheat bran
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 35 g Soy flour
- 100 g Ground almonds
- 8 g Baking powder
- 100 g Grated cheese
- 100 g Salami
- 65 g Roasted onions
- 2 pinch Salt
- 2 pinch Chilli from the mill
- 2 pinch Herbal mixture
Instructions
- Mix the quark with the soy drink and the oil until smooth.
- Then add the bran first, then the flour, soy flour, almonds, baking powder, salt and herbs, chilli and mix everything well with a spoon.
- Finally fold in the cheese, the fried onions and the chopped salami.
- About 10 "meatballs" are formed from this. (Of course, balls can also be formed, I just like it a little flatter :-)) - the mass is still a bit mushy, but that's how it should be ^^
- These are placed on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and baked in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for 25 minutes.
