Juicy, Fluffy Pizza Rolls

The perfect juicy, fluffy pizza rolls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Lowfat quark
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • 6 tbsp Unsweetened soy drink
  • 1 tbsp Wheat bran
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 35 g Soy flour
  • 100 g Ground almonds
  • 8 g Baking powder
  • 100 g Grated cheese
  • 100 g Salami
  • 65 g Roasted onions
  • 2 pinch Salt
  • 2 pinch Chilli from the mill
  • 2 pinch Herbal mixture TK
  1. Mix the quark with the soy drink and the oil until smooth.
  1. Then add the bran first, then the flour, soy flour, almonds, baking powder, salt and herbs, chilli and mix everything well with a spoon.
  1. Finally fold in the cheese, the fried onions and the chopped salami.
  1. About 10 “meatballs” are formed from this. (Of course, balls can also be formed, I just like it a little flatter :-)) – the mass is still a bit mushy, but that’s how it should be ^^
