Ingredients

  • 150 g Low fat quark
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • 6 tbsp Unsweetened soy drink
  • 1 tbsp Wheat bran
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 35 g Soy flour
  • 100 g Ground almonds
  • 8 g Baking powder
  • 100 g Grated cheese
  • 100 g Salami
  • 65 g Roasted onions
  • 2 pinch Salt
  • 2 pinch Chilli from the mill
  • 2 pinch Herbal mixture

Instructions

  • Mix the quark with the soy drink and the oil until smooth.
  • Then add the bran first, then the flour, soy flour, almonds, baking powder, salt and herbs, chilli and mix everything well with a spoon.
  • Finally fold in the cheese, the fried onions and the chopped salami.
  • About 10 "meatballs" are formed from this. (Of course, balls can also be formed, I just like it a little flatter :-)) - the mass is still a bit mushy, but that's how it should be ^^
  • These are placed on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and baked in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for 25 minutes.
