Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 75 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 m.-sized eggs
- 250 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 75 ml milk
- 300 g plum(s)
- n. B. Crème fraîche, sweetened to taste, for decoration
- n. B. Plum(s), cut into wedges, for decoration
- n. B. Cinnamon for decoration

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
enough for approx. 12 pieces
Beat the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Mix the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon and stir into the batter along with the milk. Pit the plums and dice them. Carefully stir the diced fruit into the batter. Stack two paper baking cups inside each other and place them in a 12-hole muffin tin. Pour in the batter. Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) or 150°C (fan oven) for about 20 minutes. Decorate with sweetened crème fraîche, plum slices, and cinnamon, if desired.
