Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 liters of red wine (I always use Macedonian Kadarkar)
  • 1 bottle of rum
  • 750 g brown sugar (rock candy)
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 99 coffee beans, whole

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a large, opaque container (or bowl). Let stand for 10 days, stirring once daily. After 10 days, remove the coffee beans and pour the liquid into bottles. Tastes best when well chilled!
