Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 cup walnuts, grated
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1 cup cocoa powder, instant (e.g. Benco)
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • n. B. Butter for the glaze
  • n. B. Chocolate for the glaze

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quick cake with walnuts and yogurt

A 250 ml yogurt cup is the standard size for measuring all the ingredients. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour the batter into a prepared loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 60-70 minutes. Once the cake has cooled, melt butter and chocolate as needed and cover the cake with them. The cake will keep for several days and stay moist.
