Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 bell peppers, colored
- 1 pack of feta cheese
- 1 bag of rice, cooked and cooled
- 1 large onion(s)
- 3 tbsp vinegar (herb vinegar)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- salt and pepper
- possibly garlic if needed

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Delicious with grilled food
Trim the bell peppers and peel the onion, then finely dice both. Cut the feta cheese into small pieces and place it in a bowl along with the rice, diced onion, and bell pepper. For the dressing, mix the herb vinegar with soy sauce and vegetable oil. If using garlic, add it now. Season to taste with salt and pepper and sprinkle over the salad. Mix everything thoroughly and let it sit for at least an hour before serving. Delicious at a barbecue—but also on its own or with some bread.
