Julia's vinaigrette with cranberries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp vinegar (raspberry)
  • 1 shot of vinegar (herbal)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot, or honey mustard
  • 3 tsp cranberries, from the jar
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs, such as chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix all ingredients together and season with salt and pepper. This salad dressing is ideal for leaf salads, especially lamb’s lettuce and carrots. It tastes best with homemade raspberry vinegar.
