Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 tbsp flour, fine
- 2 tsp butter, softened
- 2 pinches of salt
- 400 ml cream
- 25 g basil, chopped
- 50 g Parmesan, grated
- 1 pinch(s) paprika powder
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 pinch of garlic powder
- 1 point pasta (spaghetti)
- possibly sauce thickener
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Simple family dish that everyone will enjoy
Make a roux from the flour and butter. Then add the spaghetti to boiling water. Add the cream to the roux. Bring to a boil. Now add the spices and basil. Bring back to a boil. Now stir in the Parmesan cheese. Drain the spaghetti. Serve. If the sauce is too thin, simply add a thickener.
