Just Strawberry Cake … 😉
The perfect just strawberry cake … 😉 recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Cake base
- 2 Eggs
- 9 tablespoon Oil
- 4 tablespoon Milk
- 75 g Sugar
- 100 g Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- Breadcrumbs

- 400 g Fresh strawberries
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 75 g Chocolate, bittersweet
- 1 packet Cake icing powder colorless
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
Cake base
- Mix the eggs with the oil, milk and sugar. Mix flour with baking powder, sift over and stir in.
- Grease a fruit tart tin (approx. 30 cm in diameter) and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour the batter into the mold. Bake in the oven at 150 degrees for about 15 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

- Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Sprinkle with sugar and let it steep for about 20 minutes.
- Roughly chop the couverture. Melt over a hot water bath.
- Remove the cake base from the mold and place on a cake plate. Spread the liquid couverture on the floor. Chill the base for 10 minutes.
- Spread the strawberries on the floor. Mix the icing powder with sugar in a saucepan. Pour in 250 ml of water / strawberry juice and stir. Bring to the boil while stirring and remove from heat. Distribute the icing evenly over the strawberries. Chill for about an hour.
