Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cucumbers
- 500 g natural yogurt
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 2 tbsp peppermint, fresh leaves
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions

Khiar Bel Zabadi
Slice or grate the cucumbers into thin strips and sprinkle with salt. After a few minutes, drain the water and mix the cucumber strips with the remaining ingredients.
