Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g flour
- 3 eggs
- 125 ml milk
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- Powdered sugar, for sprinkling
- Raisins, as desired

Austrian specialty
Beat the egg yolks with sugar until frothy. Add the flour and milk, then fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites and raisins. Melt the butter in a pan, pour in the batter, and bake, breaking it into small pieces. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on the plate.
