Marble Bundt Cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 300 g sugar
  • 300 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 125 ml oil
  • 125 ml water, hot
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder, (cooking cocoa)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Beat the egg yolks with half the sugar until frothy. Add the flour, baking powder, water, and oil. Beat the egg whites with the other half of the sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold two-thirds of the egg whites into the yolk mixture. Add half of the mixture to the remaining egg whites and color with cocoa powder. Pour the two mixtures alternately into a bundt pan and bake at 200°C for about one hour.
