Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 320 g flour
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 6 eggs, separated
  • 500 ml milk
  • 100 g raisins
  • 50 g butter, melted
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp rum
  • some orange flavor
  • some vanilla flavor
  • 3 tbsp cream, whipped

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Whisk together the milk, egg yolks, and flour. Stir in the sugar, vanilla sugar, raisins, salt, rum, orange flavoring, and vanilla flavoring. Add the melted butter. Then fold in the whipped cream and beaten egg whites. Fry in a hot pan in a little butter, dividing each side into pieces with a spatula for about 2 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
